RETURN POLICY

Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

We will notify you once we’ve received & inspected your return if there are any issues.  If your refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process & post the refund.  If more than 15 days have passed & you have not received your refund please contact us at info@houseofskye.shop.
