How soon will I receive my order?

All orders ship for free with Standard shipping, arriving 4-7 business days after the order has shipped. Faster shipping options are available for an additional cost if desired.


How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Can I cancel my order?

To provide the best service, we start processing orders immediately. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you made an order by mistake, you can return it for a full refund once it is received.


Can I change an item (e.g., size/color) on an order I just placed?

Since we start processing orders right away, we cannot change an item after it has been placed. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a full refund, and place a new order for the desired item.


Can I change my shipping address after the order has been placed?

Unfortunately, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed. We will ship to the address provided at the time of the order.


Does House of Skye ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How do I return a product?

To start a return, please email us at support@houseofskye.shop. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions. Key points to note:
  • You are responsible for the cost of the shipping label.
  • We suggest returning the item in the original box to avoid damage during transit.
  • We accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused items in sellable condition for a full refund.
  • You will be notified via email once we've received & inspected your return. Once a return has been approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What is your return policy?

  • Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet our return policy.
  • We are not responsible for the cost of the return shipping label or for any returns lost during transit.
  • Any item damaged during return shipping will not qualify for a refund.

Can I exchange my item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the item you desire.
