RETURN POLICY

Orders
can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly accept
unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable
condition for a full refund within this time frame. To start a

You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is
received. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the

43213. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will
not be accepted. House of Skye is not responsible for any lost
returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or
tracking number.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received & inspected your return if there are any issues. If your refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process & post the refund. If more than 15 days have passed & you have not received your refund please contact us at info@houseofskye.shop

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you
have, & once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt & contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue & make it right.
